By placing an order with Blank Canvas Cookies Co., you agree to the following terms.

General

All cookies are handmade in small batches with quality ingredients.
All products contain common allergens including but not limited to: eggs, milk, and wheat. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Please review ingredient lists carefully before ordering.
All sales are final. No refunds once your order has been placed and confirmed.

Pricing & Payment

Cookies are $6 each. Bundle pricing: 4 for $20, 6 for $30, 8 for $40.
Full payment is required at checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available through Shopify.

Pickup Orders

Pickup location, date, and time will be communicated via email and text after your order is placed.
Pickup window is firm. If you do not arrive during the designated pickup window, your order will be forfeited with no refund.
Please text 248-579-0702 when you arrive at the pickup location.

Shipping Orders

Shipping is available nationwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order total.
Orders are shipped within the timeframe listed on the current drop schedule. Delivery is typically 1-5 business days once you receive your tracking number.
Blank Canvas Cookies Co. is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials as the carrier may require them to process your claim.

Freshness & Storage

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of receiving your order. For shipped orders, delivery is made within 1-3 business days — we ship our cookies frozen to ensure they arrive fresh. Simply let them come to room temperature for 15-20 minutes before enjoying. For pickup orders, store your cookies in a cool, dry place in their sealed packaging. Want that fresh-out-of-the-oven experience? Zap your cookie in the microwave for about 10 seconds for that warm, ooey gooey goodness. Times may vary depending on your microwave. Want to save them for later? Freeze them for up to 3 months and thaw at room temperature when you're ready to enjoy!

Order Modifications

Order modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@blankcanvascookies.com. After 24 hours, no changes can be made. No cancellations.

Liability

Blank Canvas Cookies Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or any adverse effects from consuming our products. Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient and allergen information before purchasing.
